Turbo Kick

  • The Zumba fitness program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away! An exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

Ball Pilates

  • Ball Pilates- A body conditioning routine that helps to build core and all-over body strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination. The class uses a stability ball and small Pilates ball for further resistance.


Tabata is high intensity type of inveterate workout that was inspired by Dr. Izumi Tabata. He is a Japanese researcher who uses his study in athletes in 1996. Our class is designed with a total of 8 4-minute Tabata rounds; 4 focused on strength training, 4 focused on HIIT. 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for a total of eight rounds in one Tabata segment.

Suspension Training

  • SUSPENSION TRAINING- Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This class uses suspension training straps that leverage gravity and your bodyweight to perform all the exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

Step Cardio

  • Step Cardio- Designed to give you a complete cardiovascular workout using a cardio step.

Power Sculpt

  • Power Sculpt- A dynamic and fun, integrated strength training class using dumbbells, barbells, exer-tubes and stability balls. The class focuses on form, technique and execution to sculpt a strong, balanced and defined body.


  • T-N-T- This class focuses on getting those Tummys –n- Tushes in shape! Stability balls, weighted bars and hand weights are just some of the tools used to tone and define the midsection.

Spin Class

  • Spin - provides a fun and challenging cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. Experience a full ride of hills, sprints and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction. Experience the benefits of a cardio workout plus strength building in one class!
